Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for a finance broker for commercial property that can think outside the square? I'm a small time player with only 1 small property which I run my business from. I'm wanting more finance for next building but face the usual issue of not ticking the boxes for normal lending criteria. I'm self employed and can carry losses from setup and purchase costs so income is zilch on paper.
I struggle to find a broker who wants to sift through the details with a new client who is self employed (which I do understand) but I still think there would be options for me if the right finance person could think out solutions?
